Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-6:00 PM

Join a Team That Keeps Shipments Moving
We’re seeking a dependable Shipping / Crating Specialist to prepare finished products and parts for safe domestic and international shipment. This is a hands-on role involving crate assembly, order verification, forklift operation, and loading outbound freight.
What You’ll Be Doing

Assemble shipping crates using pneumatic nail guns, staplers, and other hand tools.

Package and secure finished products and parts according to shipping requirements.

Pull hardware, small components, and other materials needed to complete outgoing orders.

Verify shipments for correct products, quantities, packaging, labels, and handling instructions.

Operate a forklift to safely load crates onto trucks, vans, and flatbeds.

Read packing slips, checklists, drawings, and shipping documentation.

Use a tape measure and basic tools to complete crating and packaging tasks.

Maintain clean and organized shipping, staging, and storage areas.

Follow established safety procedures while handling products and operating equipment.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
-
Ability to work Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-6:00 PM.

Experience safely operating a forklift.
-
Ability to read packing slips, work instructions, checklists, and basic drawings.

Comfortable using tape measures, pneumatic nail guns, staplers, air ratchets, and similar tools.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple shipping priorities.
-
Basic math skills, including fractions, decimals, measurements, and percentages.

Ability to frequently stand, squat, kneel, and perform physical warehouse work.

Ability to occasionally lift 50-75 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
-
High school diploma or GED.
-
2+ years of shipping, crating, warehouse, packaging, or related manufacturing experience.
-
Previous experience preparing large or industrial products for shipment.
