Kelly Services is hiring! We are looking for a Fiberglass Fabricator to join a modern, highly automated manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on manufacturing, fabrication, or mechanical experience who enjoys working with tools and building products to precise specifications.
What You’ll Do:
- Cut, grind, and drill fiberglass components for door products.
- Use a variety of hand, power, and pneumatic tools, including chop saws, grinders, and drill presses.
- Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and work instructions.
- Measure components using a tape measure and other measuring tools.
- Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot issues and make adjustments as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Operate a forklift as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Manufacturing, fabrication, construction, woodworking, or similar experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on ability.
- Comfortable using power and pneumatic tools.
- Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High school diploma/GED.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with dust and noise.
- Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, 3-day weekends
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay rate: $21.00/hour
- Permanent, full-time position
- Benefits after 30 days
- PTO after 90 days
- Tuition reimbursement
- Weekly pay
