About the Role:
Kelly Services is hiring an entry-level Reporting Specialist I for a client in Salt Lake City. In this position, you’ll produce and deliver detailed laboratory reports using pre-approved templates, manage document imaging and archiving, and handle emails about reports. You’ll also coordinate deliveries and support administrative needs. This role is ideal for organized, detail-oriented individuals who are eager to learn and provide excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, review, and process reports with Word templates.

  • Respond to emails about reports and amendments.

  • Handle pick-ups/drop-offs for data packs.

  • Scan, image, and archive documents to company standards.

  • Distribute reports via mail, email, and carrier services.

  • Prepare letters and data as requested.

  • Support team quality and continuous improvement.

  • Share knowledge and train peers as needed.

  • Recommend process improvements.

  • Communicate effectively with team and supervisors.

  • Follow all regulatory requirements (GMP, GLP, ISO, etc.).

  • Attend work reliably and support company values.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum age 18).

  • Office or customer service experience preferred.

  • Typing: 50 WPM with 90% accuracy.

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, 10-key, and web searches.

  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.

  • Good written and verbal communication.

  • Reliable, collaborative, and able to manage time well.

  • Can sit for most of the shift and occasionally lift up to 35 lbs.

  • Background check and drug test required.
