Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00/hr | Weekly Pay
Shift: Monday-Friday | 8:00AM - 4:30PM | Full-Time | Hybrid: 3 Onsite / 2 Remote

What’s a typical day as a Pricing & Availability Representative? You’ll be:

• Delivering exceptional customer service to internal clients within Service and Spare Parts Departments
  

• Processing a high volume of incoming tickets from internal team members
  

• Maintaining and updating pricing on spare parts, and ensuring accurate product and workflow information
  

• Following up on outstanding pricing and part set-up requests to ensure timely resolution
  

• Collaborating with Central Purchasing, Production, and other internal departments to gather part information and maintain lead times
  

• Responding promptly and professionally to escalated situations, utilizing appropriate tools and internal documents
  

• Maintaining an organized work environment and efficiently managing multiple screens and administrative tasks

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have previous customer service experience (preferred)
  

• Have experience handling a large volume of emails and communicating with patience and diplomacy
  

• Possess strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
  

• Are proficient with Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP or other CRM systems is a plus
  

• Hold a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (college degree or equivalent education preferred)
  

• Can maintain professionalism and a positive rapport with internal clients, following established procedures and guidelines
