Schedule: Part-Time | 20–30 Hours Per Week
Hours: Approximately 9:00 AM–2:00/3:00 PM | Very Flexible
Pay: $35.00–$38.00 per hour

Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior scientific leadership in a professional office environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping an office organized, supporting executives, coordinating schedules, and making sure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
The schedule is very flexible, making this a great opportunity for an experienced administrative professional looking for a part-time role.
What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative and office support to senior executives.
- Answer and direct phone calls and greet clients, visitors, and candidates.
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, interviews, and onsite interview logistics.
- Arrange catering and support meeting needs.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Keep kitchen and shared office areas organized and properly stocked.
- Manage outgoing mail, FedEx, and other deliveries.
- Assist executives with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Support department purchase orders and contract administration.
- Help keep daily office operations running efficiently.
- Handle confidential information professionally.
- Take on additional administrative responsibilities as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma required; additional education or training preferred.
- Previous administrative, office management, executive support, or office coordination experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to changing needs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, friendly, and customer-service-oriented approach.
- Strong attention to detail and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
- Comfortable working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
