Warehouse Associate II

Kelly Services is currently hiring a Warehouse Associate II for a temporary assignment with potential for permanent hire in Denver, Colorado.

 Location: Denver, CO 80239
 Pay Rate: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour
 Assignment Dates: August 26, 2026 – November 23, 2026
 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
 Position Type: Temporary (Potential Temp-to-Hire)

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role involves picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Important: Workers selected for this role are not permitted to have any driving responsibilities during the entire assignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.

  • Load and unload carrier shipments and incoming materials.

  • Verify order accuracy, quantities, and product descriptions.

  • Process shipping paperwork, including Bills of Lading (BOLs) and other documentation.

  • Use handheld scanners and a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage inventory and fulfill orders.

  • Receive and put away incoming materials.

  • Organize shipments according to designated routes and schedules.

  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.

  • Support other warehouse team members as needed.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse experience preferred.

  • Forklift experience required or strongly preferred.

  • General knowledge of electrical products is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately.

  • Excellent attendance and reliability.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members.

  • Willingness to work overtime when business needs require.

Requirements

  • Steel-toed/work boots required.

  • Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials safely.

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift.

  • Must be available to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
