Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate closely with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, external vendors, clients, and internal project stakeholders.

  • Own project schedules, RFIs, submittals, estimates, change orders, and overall change management.

  • Walk the manufacturing floor to review work in progress, identify potential issues, and ensure projects are built correctly before shipment.

  • Support building-code compliance and constructability considerations for projects delivered to customer sites across multiple states.

  • Communicate project status, risks, changes, and timelines to internal teams and customers.

  • Help drive projects forward independently in a fast-paced, growing operations environment.

  • Experience coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, vendors, and clients.

  • Familiarity with modular construction and building-code considerations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1–2+ years of cleanroom construction experience, ideally in pharmaceutical or biopharma environments.

  • Semiconductor fab or modular semiconductor construction experience.

  • Experience managing projects involving multistate building codes and constructability requirements.

  • $105,000–$135,000 base salary, with flexibility for an exceptional candidate.

  • 10% annual bonus potential

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas medical coverage, including a $0 employee-only HMO option.

  • 401(k) contribution structure totaling 3.5% when employees contribute 6%.

  • Short- and long-term disability, employer-paid Teladoc, and employer-paid $50,000 life insurance.
