  • 1st shift, Monday thru Frida 7:00am to 3:30pm

What you’ll do as a Solderer II:

  • Assemble and solder electronic components on printed circuit boards (Pin Thru-hole and Surface Mount Technologies)

  • Follow detailed procedures and process documentation for quality and compliance

  • Inspect circuit board assemblies to determine soldering requirements and identify defects

  • Maintain ESD integrity and a clean, organized workspace

  • Pre-form component leads, verify materials, and maintain accuracy of work cell

  • Report to the Production Supervisor and train other employees as needed

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Certification in Soldering or J-STD-001 (required)

  • Minimum 2 years of soldering experience (preferred)

  • Pass soldering skills test

  • Knowledge of ISO9001, IPC Standards, and component identification (IPC-A-610 certification desired)

  • ESD training

  • Ability to read procedures, interpret visual aids, and use basic computer skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • US Person as defined in 22 CFR Part 120.15
