• Pick, move, and place parts per customer and work orders, following proper procedures and documentation
  

• Read and interpret customer orders, work orders, and shipping documents to determine materials to be gathered, distributed, or shipped
  

• Communicate effectively with customers, third-party vendors, and internal teams to verify and escalate service orders as needed
  

• Move items from racks, shelves, bins, or bulk containers per predefined sequences (by size, type, color, style, or product code)
  

• Assist in counting and tracking materials/items received or distributed; participate in inventory counts as needed
  

• Maintain inventory control and ensure records are accurate and up to date
  

• Ensure timely and accurate shipments and receipts
  

• Organize the facility, warehouse, and work areas for orderliness (5S and housekeeping duties)
  

• Unload, de-palletize, and transport server racks to designated locations
  

• Receive, check, and book deliveries; assist with unboxing and re-boxing items as needed
  

• Respond to and resolve inquiries related to receiving and tasks
  

• Other duties as assigned to support production and site KPIs

 
Key Qualifications

• Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs.
  

• Experience operating a forklift, electric tug, and/or pallet jack preferred
  

• Strong teamwork and communication skills, able to work collaboratively with a diverse group
  

• Flexible availability for overtime or shift changes as required
  

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, work instructions, and procedure manuals
  

• Adhere to the company’s quality management processes and policies, supporting company objectives
  

• Follow environmental, health, and safety standards and regulations at all times
