Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $27.00/hr
Shift: Monday-Friday (7am-4pm)

What’s a typical day as Contact Center Sales Representative? You’ll be:
- Providing quality customer service and support to sales agents and customers.
- Entering and auditing orders; processing purchase orders, expired inventory requests, invoices, and credit notes.
- Releasing orders for distribution and providing Return Authorization Numbers for product complaints and returns.
- Managing the Customer Service inbox and collaborating with internal stakeholders to support agents and customers.
- Supporting training and onboarding of new team members.
- Maintaining accurate master customer information within the ERP software system.
- Facilitating new account setups and taking incoming calls.
- Retrieving and acknowledging payments via various portals; liaising with finance for corrective actions.
- Coordinating price resolutions and conducting product research for agent inventory requests.
- Maintaining electronic filing for assigned accounts and updating Standard Operating Procedures.
- Contributing to a positive team environment and performing other duties as assigned.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have 2-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced setting.
- Possess previous ERP experience (preferred).
- Experience in a Medical Device/Biotech firm is a plus.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong listening abilities, and a highly customer-focused approach.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
