Position Title: Administrative Coordinator
Location: Allentown, PA
Pay Rate: $24.17/hour
Employment Type: Temporary, with potential for Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch

Start Date: ASAP

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a dependable, and professional Administrative Assistant / Office Manager to support their Allentown branch on a temporary basis, with the potential for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This position is open due to a medical leave and may become a long-term opportunity.
The ideal candidate will bring strong office and administrative experience, excellent organizational skills, and a professional approach to working in a close-knit branch environment. Insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and office support for a branch of fewer than 15 employees.

  • Manage general office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, document preparation, and organization.

  • Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents using Microsoft Office.

  • Assist with recruiting and candidate-related administrative activities using LinkedIn Recruiter.

  • Support branch staff and management with various administrative projects and tasks as needed.

  • Maintain a professional, organized, and productive office environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Previous office administration, administrative assistant, or office management experience.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a MUST!

  • Comfortable using an iPad and online recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.

  • Professional maturity and the ability to maintain discretion and composure in a busy office environment.

  • Insurance industry experience is a plus.
