Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21/hour- Temporary assignment
Shift: 1st 8AM-5PM M-F

What’s a typical day as Billing Clerk? You’ll be:
- Generating accounts receivable invoices and preparing them for mailing
- Researching and resolving billing discrepancies to ensure accuracy
- Preparing monthly statements and correspondence as needed
- Reporting to the department supervisor and collaborating with team members
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have previous experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related administrative/accounting role (must have)
- Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills (must have)
- Are comfortable with onsite work in Beaumont, TX (must have)
- Have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities (preferred)
- Are proficient with standard office software, including MS Office (preferred)
