NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED FORKLIFT OPERATORS! Experienced Forklift Operators—we want to hear from you!

Location: Inland Empire, CA & Surrounding Areas
Pay Range: $16.90–$23.25/hour, depending on position, equipment experience, and assignment.
Shifts Available: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift & Weekend Shifts

We are currently hiring experienced Forklift and Material Handling Equipment Operators for multiple warehouse and distribution opportunities throughout the Inland Empire and surrounding areas.

Equipment Experience We’re Looking For:

  • Stand-Up Reach Truck

  • Sit-Down Forklift – Propane or Electric

  • Sit-Down Clamp Forklift

  • Cherry Picker / Order Picker

  • Pacer

  • EPJ / Electric Pallet Jack

  • Walkie Rider / Rider Pallet Jack

  • Turret Truck

You do not need experience on every piece of equipment. Equipment requirements will vary by assignment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate forklifts and material-handling equipment

  • Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products

  • Pick and prepare orders accurately and efficiently

  • Use RF scanners to track inventory and product movement

  • Perform equipment inspections and report safety concerns

  • Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  • Follow company safety procedures and productivity standards

  • Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience operating at least one of the listed equipment types

  • Ability to safely operate and maneuver equipment in a warehouse or distribution environment

  • Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order-picking experience preferred

  • RF scanner experience preferred

  • Basic computer skills; Excel knowledge is a plus

  • Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

  • Dependable attendance and reliable transportation

  • Flexibility to work assigned schedules, including select weekend shifts
