Assignment Length: Approximately 3–6 months, with potential for earlier hire-on
Hire-On Potential: Strong, based on attendance, quality of work, schedule fit, performance, and business needs
Training & Schedule
Training: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Post-Training Schedule: Flexible, adjusted according to business needs and your availability
Saturday Overtime: Available if you want extra hours or need added schedule flexibility

Job Summary
Are you interested in product photography and digital content creation? Kelly Services is hiring a Product Photography Associate for a growing creative production team. This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience using a DSLR or SLR camera, even if you aren’t an expert.
You’ll receive training and gain studio and production-style experience working with an automated photo system, supporting digital content for brands, retailers, and online platforms.
Responsibilities
- Capture clean, accurate product images using automated photography equipment and setup
- Arrange retail and food service products for consistent, sharp, and professional images
- Photograph multiple product views: packaging, cases, labels, nutrition facts, ingredients, etc.
- Review images for lighting, focus, angle, alignment, and quality, and recapture as needed
- Follow structured templates and repeatable image-production workflows
- Work in a fast-paced, accuracy- and quality-focused environment
Requirements
- At least 6 months of hands-on DSLR, SLR, camera, photography, studio, school, freelance, portfolio, product-image, or visual project experience
- Ability to explain basic camera concepts (aperture, ISO, focus, exposure, lighting, image quality)
- Real interest in product imaging, creative content, marketing, publishing, journalism, visual media, or digital production
- Strong attention to detail; ability to spot issues with lighting, angles, focus, or placement
- Comfortable with repetitive, detail-focused tasks
- Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn a structured process
- Experience with strobe or studio lighting is a plus, but not required
