Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM -Onsite

Salary: $40,000–$55,000 Annually (DOE)

We are seeking two Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service while supporting order entry, product inquiries, and order status updates.

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers find the right solutions. You’ll work with a diverse product line featuring woven designs, 44 plated finishes, and unlimited powder coat finish options, making every customer interaction unique and engaging.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone (40-50 calls per day) and email regarding products, orders, and scheduling

  • Accurately enter and process customer orders

  • Provide customers with detailed information regarding product options, finishes, configurations, and availability

  • Communicate order status updates, timelines, and delivery information

  • Resolve customer questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner

  • Assist customers in selecting products that best fit their needs

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction

  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records within company systems

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2+ years of customer service experience (additional experience preferred)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day via phone and email

  • Ability to learn and explain product features, finishes, and options

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with order entry

  • Previous experience using order processing or ERP systems is preferred

  • Sales aptitude and the ability to identify customer needs is a plus

  • Positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset
