What’s a typical day as Workers Compensation Plant Rep II? You’ll be:
– Analyzing and processing complex workers’ compensation claims by investigating and gathering information to determine exposure.
– Managing a full case load with proven ability to handle cases of increased severity, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolutions.
– Calculating and assigning timely reserves, managing reserve adequacy throughout the life of the claim, and preparing necessary state filings within statutory limits.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
– Have 3-5 years of Missouri Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjusting experience (must have).
– Hold a High School Diploma/GED (required); a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
– Possess experience in handling Workers’ Compensation Lost Time claims and managing claim recoveries.
