Material Handler – Return Logistics Associate
Stanley Black & Decker | Plant City, FL
Part-Time: Monday–Wednesday | 1st Shift: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
$20.00 per hour | Weekly Pay
Kelly® is hiring Material Handler – Return Logistics Associates for Stanley Black & Decker’s Plant City, FL location. If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment, this is your opportunity to join a global industry leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and process returned products
- Determine customer credit eligibility following established guidelines
- Sort, label, and organize returned materials
- Record and maintain accurate inventory and disposition data
- Download and distribute reports using Microsoft Excel
- Resolve inventory and data discrepancies
- Communicate with supervisors regarding workload and priorities
- Follow all safety procedures and facility policies
- Support continuous improvement initiatives alongside the quality team and management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Power tool knowledge is a plus
- Basic computer skills (including Microsoft Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good math, spelling, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Physical Requirements:
This position requires standing and being active for most of your shift, lifting up to 40 pounds unassisted, and working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
