Human Resources Coordinator – Bridgeport, WV
KellyOCG, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for one of our Global clients in Bridgeport, WV. This role is a full-time, fully benefited position.

Job Summary: The HR Coordinator provides day to day support across a wide range of HR functions, including onboarding, employee records management, reporting, payroll support, leave administration, and general HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding Employee Lifecycle Support:
- Coordinate onboarding activities, including system setup, new hire documentation, and conducts onsite orientation.
- Process employee changes, transfers, and terminations in HR systems.
- Maintain accurate and organized personnel files for employees and contractors.
Payroll Timekeeping Support:
- Assist with weekly and bi monthly time and attendance reviews.
- Support payroll processing by verifying hours, leave usage, and resolving discrepancies.
- Assist employees and supervisors with payroll and timekeeping questions.
Reporting HR Operations:
- Prepare Weekly, Bi Monthly, and Monthly HR and manpower reports.
- Assist with uniform program management, service anniversary tracking, and other employee programs.
- Support HR audits, compliance tasks, and data accuracy efforts.
Administrative Support:
- Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to appropriate resources.
- Assist with HR projects, recordkeeping, filing, and other administrative duties as assigned.
- Provide general support to the HR team to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in HR support or administrative roles preferred.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and organization.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
- Familiarity with FMLA/STD processes a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent
