Job Title: Facilities Maintenance & Logistics Support

Location: Greensburg Site

Position Overview:

The Groundskeeper & General Plant Support role is vital to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at the Greensburg facility. This hands-on, multi-functional position supports both grounds maintenance and warehouse operations. We are seeking a flexible, dependable individual who thrives in dynamic environments and is willing to assist across a variety of tasks as business needs arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform groundskeeping and landscaping duties, including mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, and general site upkeep.
  

• Maintain and care for all foliage and landscaping to ensure a well-kept appearance.
  

• Complete routine site cleaning tasks on a weekly basis, ensuring common areas remain neat and safe.
  

• Operate and maintain a variety of groundskeeping and snow removal equipment.
  

• Support warehouse operations through unloading deliveries, handling materials, conducting inventories, and assisting with shipping and receiving.
  

• Serve as a backup to logistics team members during absences, vacations, or periods of increased workload.
  

• Safely operate a forklift (training provided, if necessary).
  

• Follow all mandated safety protocols, use required personal protective equipment (PPE), and adhere to site security requirements.
  

• Communicate promptly with management and team members regarding any obstacles, hazards, or issues that may affect timely completion of duties.
  

• Participate in preventative maintenance activities as needed.
  

• Assist with other plant and facility support tasks as assigned.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to wear and properly use PPE, including earplugs, safety glasses, and steel-toed footwear; may also require respirator use.
  

• Capable of climbing stairs and ladders.
  

• Ability to stand or walk for long periods and work in environments where chemicals or hazardous materials may be present.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High school diploma or GED.
  

• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
  

• Ability to pass a background check.
  

• Eligible to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).

Preferred:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
  

• Groundskeeping and landscaping experience, with comfort operating related equipment.
  

• Willingness to support warehouse and logistics functions in addition to groundskeeping duties.
  

• Prior experience operating a forklift.
  

• Basic computer proficiency (e.g., email, Microsoft Teams, electronic timekeeping).
  

• Ability to independently follow established procedures and adapt to changing priorities.
  

• Demonstrated reliability, flexibility, strong communication skills, and a team-first attitude
