We’re seeking for Specialists Manufacturing (multiple positions) to work at a premier biotechnology manufacturing client in Juncos, PR.

Salary: $38.00 hr
Shift: Administrative shift (support a 24/7 manufacturing operations, some remote work is possible)

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have the following requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s + 4 years OR Master’s + 2 years of Manufacturing Operations experience.

  • Strong Change Control management experience (TrackWise, Veeva Vault/CDOCs, or similar systems).

  • Knowledge of GMP manufacturing operations and regulatory compliance.

  • Proficient in SAP (ERP), Microsoft Office, and Smartsheet.

  • Technical writing and documentation expertise. Experience with document management and controlled documentation.

  • Project coordination and management experience. Knowledge of project management and control charting.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication and presentation skills.

The Specialist Manufacturing will be responsible to support the execution of manufacturing/quality systems such as non-conformances, process validation, procedures, training, and new product introductions. Apply process, operational, scientific expertise, basic compliance knowledge, and analytical and troubleshooting skills to support manufacturing operations.
