Job Title: Production Worker
Location: Hoosick Falls NY 12090
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday,
2nd Shift: 2:30pm – 11:00pm ; training on 1st shift – 6:30am – 3:00pm
3rd Shift: 10:30pm – 7:00am ; training on 1st shift: 6:30am – 3:00pm
Pay Rate: USD 21.00 /hr
Contract Type: Contract to hire

Our facility specializes in the production of high-performance fluoropolymer sheet and tape products used across a wide range of industries — from electronics and solar energy to industrial and specialty applications. These are precision materials that demand quality, consistency, and care at every step of the process.
As a Production Worker, you will play a hands-on role in keeping our manufacturing lines running safely and efficiently. You’ll operate and monitor production equipment, maintain quality standards throughout the process, and support a team that takes pride in what it builds every day. Whether it’s performing housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized workspace or stepping up when overtime is needed to meet customer demand, you’ll be a reliable part of a team that counts on each other.
We’ll provide on-the-job training for qualified candidates, and this role offers real opportunities to grow your skills and advance your career in manufacturing.
What you’ll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret basic drawings and use hand-held measuring tools
- Comfort with simple math and basic computer skills
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work varied hours and overtime as needed
- Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities include:
- Operating and monitoring production equipment to meet daily production goals
- Following all prescribed safety regulations and maintaining 5S standards in your work area
- Maintaining quality standards throughout the manufacturing process
- Performing housekeeping duties as directed
- Working collaboratively with your team in a fast-paced environment
- Working varied hours, days, and overtime as business needs require
