Job Title: Customer Solutions Specialist – Order Fulfillment & Support
Location: Onsite-Saint Cloud, MN
 


About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Solutions Specialist. In this vital role, you will assist both internal and external customers and vendors with order fulfillment, problem resolution, and support for our complete suite of service offerings. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and jurisdictional agencies.

  • Perform searches, document retrieval, document preparation and execution, complete necessary filings and recordings at all jurisdictional levels.

  • Support order fulfillment and provide problem resolution for customers and vendors.

  • Demonstrate and explain service offerings, procedures, processes, delivery options, and jurisdictional requirements to various stakeholders.

  • Make well-informed and timely decisions to meet or exceed client expectations and requirements.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, efficiency, revenue growth, cost savings and financial results.

  • Challenge and provide recommendations to improve procedures, services and processes for greater efficiency and satisfaction.

  • Assist with product training for customers, team members and vendors using a consultative approach.

  • Ensure compliance with all jurisdictional requirements and company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree from an accredited college/university or a minimum of one year of experience in a fast-paced, customer service environment.

  • Preferred experience with UCC, mortgage, secured transactions, lending, commercial title/abstracting, or commercial banking.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong data entry skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage and prioritize demands from multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong multitasking, analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

  • Ability to independently problem-solve and adapt to a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

  • Willingness and ability to work overtime as required.
