Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour (1-year Contract)

Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm, with potential for OT based on what the production lines are running each week

What’s a typical day as Material Coordinator? You’ll be:

  • Coordinating the flow of materials across multiple departments, including shipping and receiving

  • Ensuring production personnel have the necessary parts for uninterrupted operations

  • Overseeing inventory accuracy, resolving errors, and expediting parts as needed

  • Collaborating with teams to identify and solve material availability gaps

  • Utilizing the Master Schedule to create and distribute daily production schedules

  • Auditing material replenishment cycles and recommending procedures for inventory management

  • Implementing engineering release and change management processes

  • Supervising or providing direction to hourly material handlers and stock chasers

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have two or more years of supply management or manufacturing experience

  • Possess excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills

  • Are comfortable analyzing information to make sound business decisions

  • Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment

  • Are proficient in SAP and data analytics

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in supply management, business management, IT, engineering, or have 2-3 years of equivalent related work experience
