Position Title:
Electronic Circuitry/Parts Assembler I


Pay & Schedule

  • Pay: $18.00/hour (some flexibility for the right candidate, based on experience and skill set)

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, typically one 8-hour shift per day

  • Start Time: Flexible, between 5:45 AM and 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently fabricate and assemble control panels, including installing and wiring components

  • Perform fabrication tasks such as drilling, tapping, and potentially punching holes in metal and polycarbonate panels

  • Carry out custom assembly work and support prototype builds, collaborating with Engineers when documentation is limited

  • Set up and test finished products as directed

  • Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, process, and product issues

  • Meet established quality, utilization, and labor-efficiency standards

  • Recognize components and products, and work across different production areas as required

  • Identify and report discrepancies regarding bills of material, drawings, inventory, raw materials, assembled products, and equipment

  • Use systems such as IFS ERP and Microsoft Teams/Outlook to complete job-related tasks

Qualifications/Skills Sought

  • Previous experience in electrical assembly, control panel building/wiring, industrial assembly, mechanical assembly, fabrication, or a similar manufacturing environment is beneficial

  • Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams is preferred, but not required

  • Strong hands-on assembly skills, mechanical/electrical aptitude, and willingness to learn are highly valued

  • Experience with basic hand and power tools for drilling, tapping, and light fabrication is desirable

  • Good attention to detail, problem-solving skills, reliability, and a willingness to learn and cross-train

  • Basic computer skills and comfort using computer-based systems (e.g., ERP for clocking in/out and job tracking) required
