Pay Range:  $60-$80 per hour

Shift: Flexible part-time M-F, 8 a.m. – 1 p.m.

What’s a typical day as Human Resources Business Partner? You’ll be:

  • Supporting the entire employment lifecycle for all full-time employees, including recruitment, benefits, and payroll administration

  • Serving as the main point of contact for managers on all HR-related matters

  • Managing the recruitment and hiring process: preparing job postings, scheduling and conducting interviews, performing background checks, and handling terminations and resignations

  • Overseeing compensation and benefits administration

  • Maintaining accurate and confidential personnel files

  • Ensuring legal compliance with all HR policies and procedures

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have proven experience as a Human Resources Manager, Business Partner, or similar HR professional role

  • Possess hands-on experience with recruitment, benefits, and payroll administration

  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices

  • Are detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
