Shift: First Shift, Monday–Thursday, 5:00 a.m.–3:45 p.m.

 

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable TIG Welder to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for TIG welding 14-gauge and 11-gauge stainless steel components used in the production of stainless steel catalytic converters.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, takes pride in producing quality work, and can work safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • TIG weld 14-gauge and 11-gauge stainless steel components.

  • Set up and operate TIG welding equipment.

  • Inspect welds and finished parts for quality and accuracy.

  • Follow blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

  • Meet production and quality standards.

  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

  • Three years of related welding experience and/or training preferred; equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

  • Experience setting up and operating TIG welding machines.

  • Stainless steel welding experience preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position.

  • Computer skills are a plus.

  • Forklift experience is a plus.

 

Employment Requirements:

  • Must be able to provide valid identification and documentation required for employment.

  • Pre-employment drug screening is required.

  • Employment is subject to the company’s background-check requirements.

 

Schedule and Compensation:

  • First shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 a.m.–3:45 p.m.

  • Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

  • Full-time, in-person position.
