Now Hiring: Experienced Recruiter & Sourcing Specialist (Contract) – Addison, IL

Are you passionate about recruiting top talent and skilled at sourcing candidates in manufacturing? Kelly is seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter for a well-established manufacturer of electrical distribution equipment in Addison, IL. This is a contract position running from September 9, 2026, through early January 2027. 100% onsite in Addison, IL.

Position Details:
Location: Addison, IL
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What We’re Looking For:
Strong background in recruiting and sourcing, preferably within the manufacturing industry
Proven experience identifying, attracting, and engaging active and passive candidates
Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit manufacturing talent using multiple channels, including social media and direct outreach to passive candidates
Thoroughly review resumes and conduct phone screens to assess fit
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Prepare and deliver offer letters, and extend job offers
Maintain accurate documentation for all hiring decisions
Assist with onboarding processes as needed
Strive to consistently deliver an outstanding candidate experience

Qualifications:
Coursework in HR, Business, or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Confident and professional when communicating by phone and email
Ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Energetic, positive, collaborative team player eager to grow in HR
