Pay: $37-43/hr 
Shift: 6:30 pm to 7:00 am
Schedule: 2-2-3 shift
 

What’s a typical day as a Night Shift Maintenance Technician? You’ll be:

• Performing corrective maintenance according to prescribed guidelines and procedures
  

• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical systems in packaging and processing equipment
  

• Adjusting and fine-tuning machines, monitoring products, and collaborating with production teams
  

• Participating in technical projects and implementing systematic improvements
  

• Ensuring effective spare parts inventory management and reporting unsafe situations
  

• Performing calibration activities and supporting cleanliness in technical team facilities

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or GED (Associate’s degree in mechanical engineering technology, industrial systems technology, electricity/electronics, electrical engineering technology, machining, or pneumatics preferred)
  

• Are proficient in maintenance of production equipment with basic electrical repair experience
  

• Bring prior experience in a food processing or food production environment (strongly preferred)
  

• Have knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS); knowledge of Ultimo is a plus
  

• Can read blueprints and possess mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and repairs
  

• Have experience with robotics, industrial automation, pneumatic conveying systems, and flow wrapping machines (strongly desired)
  

• Are computer literate and fluent in English (conversational Spanish helpful but not required)

• Are able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and work comfortably at heights
  

• Hold forklift/lift truck experience
