Logistics System Analyst

Location: Las Vegas (Sunset), NV 89118
Work Schedule: Mon to Fri / 8 am – 5 pm 
Pay rate: $32/h
Contract: W2 under staffing supplier; with a 6-month duration (temporary, possible contract extension according to performance/business needs)
 

Role Overview

The Logistics System Analyst supports the logistics team in navigating and optimizing SAP EWM and MM processes at the Las Vegas (Sunset) location. This role manages open supply chain documentation, ensures data integrity, troubleshoots minor system issues, and guides team members through daily ERP workflows.

 

Qualifications

– Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree with 4–6 years of relevant experience.

– Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP (specifically EWM and MM modules preferred) or similar ERP systems; working knowledge of databases and spreadsheets.

– Core Competencies: Understanding of core supply chain/logistics processes, strong detail orientation, problem-solving skills, and clear communication.

– Mandatory Day 1 Requirement: ASTM F 2412 / F 2413 compliant composite toe safety shoes.

Key Responsibilities

– SAP Support & Tracking: Assist the logistics team with SAP EWM and MM workflows, managing open documents like POs, STOs, Inbound Deliveries, and Transport Units (TUs).

– System Guidance & Training: Explain process flows, answer team queries, ensure accurate document capturing, and update internal process documentation.

– Troubleshooting & Data Management: Resolve minor system issues, maintain organized database/spreadsheet records, and escalate complex problems to senior staff.
