Shift:2nd shift from 2PM to 10:20PM

What’s a typical day as Warehouse Manager? You’ll be:
- Coordinating daily warehouse activities to ensure timely delivery of materials to production and assembly areas.
- Monitoring inventory levels, supporting replenishment activities, and maintaining accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS, SAP, or similar).
- Conducting cycle counts, assisting with physical inventory audits, and investigating inventory discrepancies.
- Safely operating powered industrial vehicles (PIVs) such as forklifts, reach trucks, tuggers, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
- Loading, unloading, transporting, and staging materials throughout the facility.
- Performing daily PIV equipment inspections and reporting any malfunctions.
- Verifying incoming and outgoing shipments and ensuring compliance with warehouse processes, procedures, and safety standards.
- Collaborating with production, logistics, and quality teams to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have proven experience in warehouse operations and inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Are experienced in safely operating powered industrial vehicles (forklifts, reach trucks, etc.)—PIV certification preferred.
- Possess strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS, SAP, or similar).
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Are able to work the 2nd shift schedule (2PM to 10:20PM) and are open to overtime as needed.
- Uphold strict safety standards and compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Have excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.
