Kelly is hiring ASSEMBLERS on behalf of a growing, family-owned manufacturer in Ravenna, Ohio that has been providing high-quality packaging and industrial solutions to customers across a variety of industries for decades.

$16.00/hour 

1st Shift 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday – Friday

No background or drug screens! 

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and packaging kits according to work instructions and production schedules.
  

• Package finished products and components for shipment.
  

• Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, drills, and other assembly equipment.
  

• Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and blueprints as needed.
  

• Measure materials using a tape measure.
  

• Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals.
  

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, packaging, warehouse, or production experience preferred but NOT required.
  

• Ability to read and follow written instructions and assembly drawings.
  

• Ability to read a tape measure.
  

• Ability to work overtime when needed.
  

• Ability to lift 25-30 lbs. throughout the shift.

What You’ll Build
Depending on the production area, you may:

• Assemble customer service desks and other commercial fixtures using pneumatic rivet guns, drills, and hand tools.
  

• Create packaging kits and prepare products for shipment.
  

• Wrap, label, and package finished goods.

Work Environment

• Team-oriented manufacturing environment.
  

• Radio or headphones are permitted while working but must be removed when speaking with supervisors.
  

• Designated outdoor smoking and vaping areas available during breaks.
  

• Steel-toe boots or shoes are required.
