Pay: $17.50–$18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Early Day Shift

This is an entry-level, temp-to-hire opportunity offering a consistent schedule, early afternoons, and the potential for long-term employment.
? Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Friday: 6:00 AM–12:00 PM
- Weekends: OFF!

? What You’ll Do
As an Assembler, you’ll work in the Forming Department to produce and assemble high-quality plastic tubing products.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Fabricating and assembling manufactured parts into finished plastic tubing products
- Operating forming equipment and working with liquid plastisol, a plastic material used to create the tubing
- Dipping metal rods into the plastisol material as part of the tubing-forming process
- Following detailed work instructions and established production procedures
- Performing quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Following all workplace safety procedures and guidelines
? Work Environment
This is a hands-on manufacturing position in a production environment. The required personal protective equipment is provided, including:
- Rubber boots
- Rubber smock
- Protective gloves
? What We’re Looking For
No manufacturing experience? No problem! Paid training is provided.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be dependable and ready to learn
- Be comfortable working in a hands-on production environment
- Have strong attention to detail
- Be able to follow instructions and production procedures
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Have previous manufacturing or production experience (helpful, but not required)
