Pay: $17.50–$18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Early Day Shift

This is an entry-level, temp-to-hire opportunity offering a consistent schedule, early afternoons, and the potential for long-term employment.

? Schedule

  • Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM–3:00 PM

  • Friday: 6:00 AM–12:00 PM

  • Weekends: OFF!

? What You’ll Do

As an Assembler, you’ll work in the Forming Department to produce and assemble high-quality plastic tubing products.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Fabricating and assembling manufactured parts into finished plastic tubing products

  • Operating forming equipment and working with liquid plastisol, a plastic material used to create the tubing

  • Dipping metal rods into the plastisol material as part of the tubing-forming process

  • Following detailed work instructions and established production procedures

  • Performing quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications

  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area

  • Following all workplace safety procedures and guidelines

? Work Environment

This is a hands-on manufacturing position in a production environment. The required personal protective equipment is provided, including:

  • Rubber boots

  • Rubber smock

  • Protective gloves

? What We’re Looking For

No manufacturing experience? No problem! Paid training is provided.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be dependable and ready to learn

  • Be comfortable working in a hands-on production environment

  • Have strong attention to detail

  • Be able to follow instructions and production procedures

  • Work well independently and as part of a team

  • Have previous manufacturing or production experience (helpful, but not required)
