Kelly Services is hiring! We are looking for a Parts Hanger to join our client a modern, highly automated manufacturing environment. This hands-on role is responsible for preparing industrial door parts, correctly hanging them on a conveyor line, removing finished parts, and staging them for final assembly.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare parts using grinders, sanders, and cleaners
- Correctly hang parts onto the conveyor line using the appropriate hangers
- Load and unload parts from the production line
- Remove parts once fully cured
- Follow the daily production schedule provided by the Lead
- Pull and organize the correct parts for door kits
- Stage finished parts onto the appropriate carts according to door number
- Package products for safe movement to final assembly
- Deliver finished products to the appropriate departments
- Maintain productivity and quality during busy periods
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Assist in other areas as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Manufacturing or production experience
- Comfortable working with hand and power tools
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management and prioritization skills
- Dependable and able to work well as part of a team
- Able to lift 50 lbs. regularly and bend, twist, and squat throughout the day
- Work Schedule Monday-Thursday 3:00pm-1:30am
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay rate: $21.00/hour + $2.00
- Permanent, full-time position
- Benefits after 30 days
- PTO after 90 days
- Tuition reimbursement
- Weekly pay
