We’re seeking a Quality Inspector to work at a leading agricultural organization in Switz City, IN. Sound good? Take a closer look below. Pay Rate: $17.00-$20.00/hour
Shift: 6 days a week, 8-hour shifts for a weekly schedule of 48 hours.

What’s a typical day as Quality Inspector? You’ll be:
- Performing maintenance tasks including walking up and down stairs and standing for extended periods.
- Sorting corn on moving conveyor belts, ensuring both safety and quality.
- Following established protocols in Seed Operations and adhering to company dress code.
- Reporting to the Seed Operations Supervisor and collaborating with a supportive team.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Are able to walk up and down stairs and stand for long periods.
- Are at least 18 years old and can work onsite.
- Are comfortable working around common allergens including corn husk, insects, nuts, plants, chemicals, and latex.
- Can work full time, 6 days a week, 8-hour shifts, and indicate shift preference on your resume.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Are entry-level and looking to start a career in a dynamic industry.
- Can pass all screens/background checks (can start pending background check during season).
