We’re seeking Quality Inspectors for Harvest Season to work at a premier agricultural organization in Rushville, IN. Sound good? Take a closer look below. Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $15.89/hour
Shift:
Full Time, Harvest hours: Monday-Sunday, 6:00am to approx. 6:30pm, 30-min lunch, Option to work up to 7 days/week for season, No shift work, Orientation: Tuesday, August 18, 9:00-11:00 in the sorting building

What’s a typical day as Maintenance Worker (LM10)? You’ll be:
- Sorting corn to remove discarded waste and returning cobs needing re-husking
- Ensuring only undamaged seed advances in the drying process, improving product quality
- Maintaining safe work habits and adhering to safety requirements
- Standing or sitting for long periods while performing duties
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have the ability to stand or sit for extended periods and possess good eyesight
- Have reliable transportation and a strong attendance record
- Are comfortable working in an environment with exposure to dust and corn dust (allergens)
- Can pass a drug screen and background check prior to starting
- Adhere to dress code requirements: closed toe shoes, long pants, short sleeve shirts
