Production Operator – Eau Claire, WI
Pay Rate: $27/hour + $2/hour Shift Differential
Schedule: 2-2-3 (6:00 PM – 6:10 AM; Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Unionized)
Sign-On Bonus: $2,500

Position Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated Production Operators to join a dynamic and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in manufacturing who thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to quality and safety.
Scope of the Role:
Production Operators will be responsible for operating various production equipment, monitoring line operations, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production equipment and processes
- Follow all plant safety rules (including LOTO procedures and PPE) and report incidents or unsafe conditions immediately
- Support factory safety, environmental, and food safety objectives and targets
- Understand and comply with regulatory, food safety, and quality standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices
- Promptly report food safety and quality issues
- Maintain compliance with the Quality Management System
- Demonstrate continuous improvement in all work areas
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to bend, twist, and stand for extended periods
Required Experience:
- 1+ year of previous manufacturing experience strongly preferred or equivalent training/education
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- 2-3 years in a regulated manufacturing environment (Food, Beverage, Pharma, CPG, etc.)
- Attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities
- Computer proficiency gained through work experience
- Willingness to work off-shift (no first shift) and overtime as required
- Reliable attendance and strong communication skills
- Improvement mindset and problem-solving skills
- Previous forklift experience a plus
