? Pay Rate: $21.85 per hour?
? Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM?

Position Summary
Join the Nutra Blend team, a leader in manufacturing and distributing vitamins, trace minerals, micro-ingredients, and premixes for the animal feed industry. As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in manufacturing high-quality products by operating equipment, handling materials, packaging finished goods, and supporting daily production operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Operate production equipment and perform manufacturing processes safely and efficiently.
Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Package and prepare finished products according to specifications.
Monitor production processes and report any issues to leadership.
Accurately complete production records and documentation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Collaborate with team members, leads, and supervisors to achieve production goals.
Support continuous improvement efforts and adapt to changing production needs.

Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old.
Minimum of 1 year of work experience in any industry.
Basic computer and math skills.
Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn new processes and equipment.
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
Ability to stand and work throughout the entire shift.
Frequent walking, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, respirators, and other company-issued equipment.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment without climate control, including exposure to hot, cold, dusty, and chemical-related conditions.
