Pay Rate: $39.00/hour (1-year Contract)

Shift: 1st shift Team Lead (5:30AM – 3:00PM), Ability to work daily and weekend overtime as dictated by production needs

What’s a typical day as Team Lead? You’ll be:

• Supervising and leading a team of production workers, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities with a focus on Safety, Quality, and Delivery.
  

• Collaborating with management to develop production schedules and achieve production targets.
  

• Identifying skill gaps and providing ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.
  

• Offering constructive feedback and holding team members accountable for their performance.
  

• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging process enhancement ideas.
  

• Ensuring compliance with workplace safety standards; metatarsal safety boots are required from day one.
