Kelly® is hiring experienced Solderers for a client who designs and manufactures specialized electrical components, cable assemblies, and power distribution solutions used in demanding industrial and commercial applications. 

$18–$22/hour (Based on Experience)

Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (Overtime may be available until 5:00 PM, as needed.)

What You’ll Do

  • Assemble products according to drawings and quality requirements

  • Verify cables, wires, and components against work orders, bills of material, and drawings

  • Follow work order instructions and verify cable/wire cut lengths

  • Build electrical and cable assemblies according to specifications

  • Solder and crimp terminals, lugs, and ferrules

  • Test first-piece connector assemblies for electrical continuity

  • Perform visual inspections of crimps and soldered connections

  • Ensure production meets established quality, timing, and order requirements

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For

  • 2 – 4 years of assembly experience preferred

  • 1+ years of soldering and crimping experience

  • Experience soldering and crimping terminals, lugs, and ferrules

  • Experience closing assembly connectors

  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics, and work instructions

  • Good communication and math skills

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
