PARTS & CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR | $20–$26/HR | GENEVA, NY
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Temp-to-Hire with Direct Hire potential based on experience | Weekly Pay
Kelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring for a Parts & Customer Service Administrator with an established company in Geneva, NY. This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service, manufacturing, automotive, warehouse, parts, or administrative experience. Training is provided!
PAY & SCHEDULE
- $20–$26/hr based on experience | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Weekly pay
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Assist customers with parts orders and service calls
- Enter customer and parts information into computer systems
- Receive, organize, and ship parts
- Maintain inventory records and complete counts
- Prepare quotes, orders, and invoices
- Coordinate shipping with vendors and suppliers
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Customer service, administrative, parts, inventory, warehouse, automotive, or manufacturing experience
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Mechanical or technical experience is a plus, but not required
