Pay Rate: $24.50 per hour
Shift: 1st, 7:30am – 4:00pm, Monday through Friday

What’s a typical day as an Assembly Technician? You’ll be:
- Laying out, assembling, and fabricating End of Arm Tooling and related components
- Testing and inspecting components for proper functionality and quality standards
- Maintaining and updating assembly drawings and bills of material as needed
- Supporting effective inventory control and maintenance processes
- Ensuring a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
- Assisting with on-site equipment installations as required
- Participating in meetings, trainings, and relevant industry seminars
- Performing additional duties as assigned by management
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a technical background with hands-on experience in assembly, fabrication, or manufacturing environments (must have)
- Are proficient with measuring tools, equipment layout, light machinery, and basic electrical/pneumatic systems (must have)
- Possess strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate effective communication skills (oral and written), with the ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and schematics
- Show great attention to detail and a commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction
- Are organized, reliable, and able to prioritize work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Value teamwork, continuous learning, and maintain professionalism and accountability on the job
