What’s a typical day as Human Resources (HR) Generalist? You’ll be:

  • Providing on-site HR support for PR Operations, ensuring a seamless HR presence while the site HRBP focuses on US-wide priorities.

  • Managing day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office, including administration of policies, procedures, and programs.

  • Handling employee relations matters, revising employee handbooks, and supporting awareness campaigns for HR self-service resources.

  • Leading projects such as job description updates and employee file digitalization.

  • Carrying out responsibilities across departmental development, HRIS, training, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment.

  • Coordinating implementation of HR services and programs and advising company leadership on HR issues.

  • Reporting directly to the Human Resources Director.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree (required).

  • Have 7+ years of professional human resources experience (required).

  • Are detail-oriented with experience in employee relations, HRIS, training, and organizational development.

  • Excel at managing multiple priorities and HR projects in a fast-paced environment.
