Plant Laborer
Location: Niagara Falls, NY
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Rotating swing shift (36–48 hours/week; 8-hour or 12-hour shifts, days/afternoons/nights/weekends; overtime as needed)

What You’ll Do
- Operate and maintain industrial equipment to keep production running smoothly
- Accurately record production data and perform quality checks and sampling
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper PPE and lockout/tagout procedures
- Assist with cleaning, restocking, and waste disposal
- Operate forklifts (forklift certification preferred; training available)
- Collaborate with a strong team to meet production goals
- Support plant-wide safety initiatives and continuous improvement
What You Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a light manufacturing environment preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Mechanical aptitude with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to work safely with hazardous materials, independently and under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible and rotating shifts (days, nights, weekends) and overtime as needed
- Forklift License preferred (or ability to obtain)
Work Environment
- Hands-on work in a dynamic, dusty, fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Exposure to seasonal temperature changes
- Physical requirements include lifting up to 55 pounds, climbing ladders or stairs, prolonged standing/walking, and working with industrial equipment
