What’s a typical day as Packaging Machine Operator? You’ll be:
- Performing daily setup and routine operation of packaging lines, including equipment such as Bottle in-feed, Unscrambler, Filler, Capper, Torquer, Labeler, Vision Systems, Weighing Systems, and Bar Coding Systems
- Ensuring a safe work environment by following all safety procedures, company guidelines, and ergonomic practices, including proper use of PPE and compliance with cGMPs and OSHA standards
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with predictive and preventive maintenance
- Maintaining, cleaning, and organizing the work area using 5S practices
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production schedules, deadlines, and operational goals
- Supporting the development of training programs and cross-training other operators as needed

- Have a HS Diploma or equivalent
