Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17–$19 per hour

Shift: M-Thur 6am-4:30pm

What’s a typical day as Machine Operator? You’ll be:

• Loading production equipment with raw stock and monitoring machine operation
  

• Inspecting parts to ensure they meet customer specifications using precision measuring gauges
  

• Entering production data, completing paperwork, and moving finished parts to proper locations
  

• Reporting quality concerns to supervisors or quality control as needed
  

• Maintaining and lubricating machine tools and equipment
  

• Performing daily safety inspections and keeping your work area clean and organized
  

• Communicating shift information for seamless shift transitions

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or GED (required)
  

• Are willing to learn machine operations and participate in on-the-job training
  

• Can read and understand blueprints, inspection plans, and follow instructions (or are eager to learn)
  

• Are comfortable using precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
  

• Can perform heavy work—lifting up to 35 lbs frequently and occasionally up to 50 lbs
  

• Are able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, crouch, and perform repetitive motions throughout your shift
  

• Are committed to following safety policies, including proper use of PPE and safe lifting techniques
  

• Are reliable and ready to work Monday through Thursday, 6am–4:30pm
