Job Title: Contest & Incentives Analyst
Pay Rate: $32.00/hr
Location: Hybrid Schedule (Mon-Thurs onsite, 8am-5pm; Friday work from home)

Position Summary:
Kelly is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contest & Incentives Analyst to support incentive program management, auditing processes, and analytical initiatives designed to ensure payment accuracy and compliance. The selected candidate will primarily support the Vehicle Purchase Program (VPP), delivering special vehicle pricing and purchase incentives to eligible participants. We’re looking for a professional with strong organizational abilities, a foundational knowledge of retail sales and incentive programs, and the aptitude to collaborate effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Vehicle Purchase Program (VPP) communications, processes, and procedures

  • Conduct audits to identify irregularities, misuse, or abuse within the program, and recommend corrective actions or process improvements

  • Oversee the C&I Helpline by responding to payment inquiries and reviewing dealer incentive requests

  • Monitor and process claims payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness

  • Program VIMS for dealer payments in accordance with incentive announcements; provide support for program launch and diagnostics

  • Serve as a backup for other C&I functions, such as monthly reporting and loyalty program tracking

  • Develop, manage, and analyze ad hoc incentive programs and prepare post-program reviews

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Up to 3 years of professional experience in a similar role

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Basic understanding of retail sales processes and incentive programs

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and business applications. Tableau and PowerBI experience preferred.

  • Experience using mainframe systems and internet browsers

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
