Kelly® Professional & Industrial is now hiring Order Process Operators (Warehouse Associates) for the distribution department of a leading cosmetics company in Sanford, NC. This role involves shipping and receiving, order selection and preparation for shipment, palletizing finished goods, and may include working in multiple departments based on business needs.
Position Details:
1st Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday through Friday
Pay rate: $13.00 an hour
Schedule may adjust based on customer needs and can include daily overtime and Saturday shifts until 4:00pm.

Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Lifting boxes up to 35 pounds and using RF scanners to accurately process orders.
- Palletizing cases (broken and full), bulk, dock, or return orders in line with standard operating procedures.
- Efficiently picking and packing orders to achieve or surpass KPI goals.
