We at Kelly® hear you, and we’re here for you! We’re seeking a Forklift Operator to work at a leading manufacturing company in Chino, CA.

Pay Rate: $17.75/hr

Shift: Monday-Friday; 10AM - 6:30PM
What’s a typical day as a Fork Lift Operator? You’ll be:
- Operating reach trucks and other material handling equipment to transport, store, and retrieve inventory safely within the warehouse
- Loading, unloading, and transporting materials to designated storage or staging areas
- Accurately picking and replenishing inventory from high-racking locations
- Utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to record inventory movement and ensure real-time transaction accuracy
- Following all safety guidelines, protocols, and equipment operating procedures at all times
- Conducting routine equipment safety checks and immediately reporting any maintenance needs or hazards
- Supporting inventory control initiatives, including regular cycle counts and stock reorganization
- Maintaining an organized, clean, and hazard-free work area
- Collaborating with warehouse teammates to hit daily productivity and operational benchmarks
- Adapting to changing floor priorities and assisting with other general warehouse duties as required
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or material handling roles
- Possess hands-on experience safely operating reach trucks or similar material handling equipment
- Bring strong knowledge of standard warehouse operations, product handling, and inventory storage procedures
- Can confidently and safely maneuver equipment in high-racking aisles and tight, confined spaces
- Have experience with or exposure to warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning devices
- Demonstrate sharp attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to quality
- Are capable of handling the physical requirements of the job, including standing, bending, lifting, and extended equipment operation
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment and bring a reliable, adaptable work ethic
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (equipment operator certification preferred)
