Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour (4-month Contract)

Shift: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, Hybrid Schedule

What’s a typical day as Eligibility and Enrollment Specialist? You’ll be:

• Providing administrative and customer service support to agents, applicants, and members for eligibility and enrollment of individual products.
  

• Completing and processing assigned applications and change requests that do not require medical underwriting.
  

• Coordinating with the Underwriting team to perform pre-underwriting research and support development of applications requiring underwriting review.
  

• Serving as a customer-facing representative, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
