Operations – Inventory/ Warehouse Coordinator

Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite
Pay: $26.00–$29.00 per hour, depending on experience
Kelly Services is hiring an Operations – Inventory/ Warehouse Coordinator for a full-time onsite opportunity in Pittsburgh, PA. This position is ideal for someone with experience in operations, warehouse coordination, inventory, order processing, logistics, or customer service who enjoys a hands-on role and working with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate daily warehouse and operational activities to support accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment.
- Receive, organize, stock, transfer, pick, pack, and ship inventory and customer orders.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, and physical inventories.
- Research and resolve order issues, shipment discrepancies, returns, freight concerns, and inventory problems.
- Process invoices, credits, corrections, freight claims, inventory transfers, and month-end transactions.
- Coordinate customer pickup orders and work with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Provide professional customer service and assist with customer and vendor inquiries.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse and work environment.
- Assist with administrative and office responsibilities related to daily operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Perform other operations and warehouse responsibilities as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in operations, warehouse coordination, logistics, inventory, or a related field.
- Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with inventory management and order processing preferred.
- Experience with SXe/Trend inventory software is a plus.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Dependable, motivated, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
